Welcome to Harbour Church

You Belong Here

Whether you're exploring faith for the first time, returning to church after many years, or looking for a place to call home, you'll find a warm welcome at Harbour Church.

We're a vibrant Christian community passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, build authentic relationships, and make a positive difference in our local community. We believe church should be a place where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and inspired.

No matter your age, background, or story—you are welcome here.

Join Us This Sunday

Every Sunday we gather to worship God, hear relevant, Bible-based teaching, pray together, and encourage one another.

Our services are relaxed, friendly, and accessible. Whether you're coming on your own, with friends, or as a family, we'd love to meet you.

If it's your first visit, don't worry—you won't be put on the spot. Simply come as you are, grab a coffee, and enjoy being part of the service.

A Church for the Whole Family

Church is about more than Sunday mornings.

Throughout the week we gather in homes, support one another through life's challenges, invest in children and young people, and serve our local community with practical acts of love and compassion.

Whatever stage of life you're in, there's a place for you at Harbour Church.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple:

To see lives transformed through the love of Jesus.

Everything we do is centred on helping people:

  • Know Jesus personally

  • Grow in faith together

  • Discover their purpose

  • Serve our community with love and compassion

  • Share the hope we've found in Christ

A message from Sarah

I'm pleased to let you know that the bookings for THE WELL 2026 are now open!

If you've been to THE WELL before you'll know the significance of days like these, where we come aside to spend time together; worshipping, feasting on God's word (and good food!) cheering each other on and positioning ourselves to respond to God's presence in our midst.

This year we're excited that Jo Hargreaves is going to be with us!

Jo Hargreaves is a psychotherapist, pastor, writer, and speaker who integrates theology and therapy, submitting neuroscience to the authority of scripture. Her work points people to Jesus Christ, while helping them understand their God-designed brains so they can pursue emotional and spiritual wholeness.

As the founder of Faith Filled Therapy and host of The Faith Filled Therapy Podcast, Jo creates spaces where neuroscience and scripture meet, offering practical insight into mental health, identity, and spiritual formation.

Jo is a much sought after speaker and we're delighted that she said yes to be with us this year in Folkestone!

Our theme for the day is taken from Isaiah 54:2 'STRENGTHEN YOUR STAKES' and we're believing that through Jo's ministry, and others who will share throughout the day, we will be strengthened in our faith to enable us to STAND! (Eph 6:13).

We've kept the ticket price the same as last year and once again it includes lots of treats and lunch for us all.

We're excited to welcome you again to Folkestone on Saturday 3rd October for THE WELL 2026!

Love to you all

For over a decade, women from Harbour Church and the wider community have been gathering together for our annual women’s conference.

What began as an opportunity for women to come together has grown into a much-loved part of the Harbour calendar — a day to worship, connect, be encouraged and encounter God together.

We believe there is something powerful about women coming together, sharing stories, building friendships and making space to hear from God. Our conference is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, spend time with other women and be reminded of who we are and what God has called us to.

A place to connect

Whether you have been part of Harbour for years, are new to church, or simply want to come along and see what it's all about, you are welcome.

Come on your own or bring a friend. There will be opportunities to meet new people, catch up with old friends, worship together, hear inspiring teaching and enjoy being part of a community of women.

A place to grow

At the heart of our conference is our desire to help women grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Through worship, teaching, prayer and time together, we create space to be encouraged in faith, challenged to grow and refreshed for the season ahead.

Ten years and counting

For ten years, women have gathered, worshipped, laughed, prayed, shared stories and encouraged one another.

We’re incredibly grateful for all that God has done through these gatherings and for every woman who has been part of the journey.

And we’re excited for what’s still to come.

Join us this year

We'd love you to be part of this year's Well

Come expecting a great day, come ready to connect, and come just as you are.
